The Weisse is one of the most beloved beer species in the world but mainly in Europe.Light is dark but always cloudy due to yeast residue which is not filtered. Its main feature is the high proportion of wheat used to make it along with barley, hops, yeast, water. They usually taste sweet and moderate alcoholic. Their homeland is considered to be Bavaria.
